Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EPM Consultant
specializing in
FCCS, EPBCS, and TRCS
modules. The consultant will play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS, ensuring timely and accurate financial close and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement financial models and reporting structures within FCCS, EPBCS, and TRCS.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training and post-go-live support.
  • Continuously enhance system performance, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA preferred).
  • 10–12 years of overall experience in financial systems management.
  • 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations (FCCS / EPBCS / TRCS).
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and tax reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud applications and data integration techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
