Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives/agents to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, site visits, client follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and team performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies in all property transactions.
  • Manage negotiations, agreements, and documentation processes related to property sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, legal norms, and customer behavior.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
