We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns focused on ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads aligned with business goals.

  • Create full-funnel campaign plans including awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.

2. Campaign Execution

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on: o Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing)

  • Write effective ad copy, select creatives, and coordinate with design teams.

3. Optimization & Performance Management

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for: o CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR o Quality of leads and customer acquisition cost

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign data with precision using: o Google Analytics (GA4) o Meta Ads Manager insights o Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

5. Budget & ROI Management

  • Manage monthly budgets efficiently across multiple platforms.

  • Ensure maximum ROI with controlled spend and optimal allocation across campaigns.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.

  • Suggest landing page improvements to enhance conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
