Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. The role involves creating and publishing daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards, ensuring continuous focus on meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting error analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and reporting data metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Dashboard Creation:

  • Develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.

  • Utilize Excel and other data visualization tools to create comprehensive and user-friendly reports

  • SLA Management:

  • Continuously focus on meeting and exceeding SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Drive initiatives to improve SLA performance and maintain a proactive approach to addressing potential issues.

  • Error Analysis and RCA:

  • Conduct thorough error analysis to identify trends and root causes.

  • Implement corrective actions based on RCA findings to prevent future errors.

  • Data Metrics Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report data metrics to stakeholders.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives.

  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:

  • Apply critical and logical thinking to solve complex data-related problems.

  • Develop Innovative solutions to improve data analysis processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar MIS role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Critical and Logical Thinking: Strong critical and logical thinking skills.
