Job Description

BNC has been mandated to recruit a MIS Executive for a logistics client based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing insights that support effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, design, and maintainManagement Information Systems (MIS)to track business metrics and KPIs.
- Generate accurate and timelymanagement reports, dashboards, and summariesusingPower BI, Google Data Studio, and Advanced Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure proper data collection.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategy.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver customized reports and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 36 years of prior experienceas an MIS Analyst or in a similar reporting role.
- Strong proficiency inAdvanced Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.).
- Hands-on experience withPower BI, Google Data Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Solid understanding ofdatabase management and data reportingconcepts.
- Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
