About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainees to join our Sales team. This role is designed to groom fresh talent into future sales leaders by providing hands-on experience in client handling, sales processes, and business development within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand company products, ongoing and upcoming projects, and market positioning.
- Support the sales team in generating leads, handling client inquiries, and conducting project site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups for deal closures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Track competitors' activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Learn and use CRM tools to manage leads, update client data, and monitor sales progress.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements
- Graduate in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to build a career in real estate sales.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel and work on weekends as per client/site requirements.
