About:

Global Infra Projects specializes in design, manufacturing, and installation services of Pre – Engineered Buildings and Structural Steel projects turnkey solutions.

Site supervisor (Civil)

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.

Responsibility:

· Oversee site readiness for construction, ensuring that the foundation and layout are properly set up.

· Monitor the quality of work and materials used to ensure they meet the required specifications.

· Assign tasks to workers, supervise their activities, and ensure productivity.

· Regularly report on the progress of the project, including any delays or issues, and propose solutions.

· Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the project schedule and deadlines.

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment.

· Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure they are following the project plan and working efficiently.

· Oversee any required testing of materials (e.g., concrete, soil) to ensure they meet the required standards.

Expectations and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, Diploma or related field is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years Experience required as a site supervisor.
  • Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexible to relocate to work at any sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
