Position Overview
VEDHA Architects is looking for a Site Engineer to supervise a residential civil construction project from foundation stage. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, quality monitoring, and coordination with contractors, ensuring smooth project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage residential construction work from foundation to finishing.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers.
- Track site progress and report to Project Manager.
- Maintain daily logs, site reports, and material records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of foundation, RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and manage labor teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
