Role & responsibilities

Induction and joining formalities for new joiners at the site.
• Maintain updated org. chart, RRAs, and KRAs of all employees.
• Coordinate with talent engagement team for Joining, probation confirmation, employee engagement, and Exits.
• Coordinate with C&B for leaves, attendance, payroll, PMS and full &final settlements.
• Coordinate with talent development to conduct the training sessionsand bridge the performance gaps.
• Admin activities at the site, like transportation, canteen, guesthouse management, and travel reimbursements.
• Ensure renewal of licenses as per the factories act, Statutory compliances, and CSR activities.
• Initiate disciplinary issues, employee grievance handling & contract labor management.
• Maintain up-to-date site-level HR metrics.

MBA -HR.
