Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team. As an intern, you will assist in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in product design, user experience research, and digital interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products.
  • Support the design team in conducting user research and gathering user feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior designers to translate user needs into elegant visual solutions.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and style guides.
  • Participate in usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Good sense of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Portfolio or examples of design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience using collaboration tools like Miro, Notion, or Trello is advantageous.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance).
  • Type: Full-time / Part-time / Remote (as per company policy).
  • Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior UI/UX designers and product managers.
  • Stipend: As per company standards (if applicable).
