Role Summary
As the
Offline & Digital Marketing Manager
, you will lead VitProFiber's marketing strategy across both traditional and digital channels. Your goal: to boost brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, stimulate sales, and establish VitProFiber as a trusted leader in healthy fiber nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Create and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, X), search (SEM), display ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop engaging content (blogs, graphics, short videos) that educates consumers on the benefits of fiber and promotes VitProFiber's unique value.
- Oversee website management, including SEO optimization, user experience (UX), and content updates.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights; refine strategy based on ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and wellness communities to amplify brand reach.
Offline Marketing
- Develop and manage traditional marketing activities: print collateral, in-store displays, packaging design, product samples, point-of-sale promotions, and trade show participation.
- Forge partnerships with health stores, pharmacies, wellness centers, and grocery chains to arrange product trials, demos, and shelf placement.
- Plan and execute grassroots activations and health-themed events (e.g., wellness fairs, breakfast sessions, family health expos).
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to support channel-driven promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Strategy & Reporting
- Craft integrated marketing plans blending offline and digital efforts.
- Stay updated on health and wellness industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Set KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, leads, conversions, campaign ROI) and produce monthly performance reports.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related.
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer goods marketing with both digital and traditional experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, FB/IG ads, SEM, SEO, Analytics, email platforms).
- Strong content ideation and execution skills across multimedia formats.
- Experience planning offline activations, POS materials, and retail promotions.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness.
- Experience with FMCG or startups.
- Graphic design or video-editing capabilities.
