Business Development Intern

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients: Research and connect with MSMEs, colleges, and local businesses that could benefit from Ekatta Innovators LLP's training programs and project-based services.
- Pitch programs and services: Present and explain the company's offerings to potential clients through calls, emails, or in-person visits to generate interest and build long-term relationships.
- Assist in proposal preparation: Support the team in drafting business proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Client communication & follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure smooth communication and timely responses.
- Lead tracking: Work with the Project Manager to maintain and update the lead tracker, ensuring every lead is properly recorded and monitored for progress.
- Market research: Gather local market insights and feedback to help improve business strategies and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Education: BBA / MBA / B.Com / Engineering students or freshers with an interest in marketing, business development, or sales.
- Skills: Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Personality traits: Confident, polite, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with local business owners or college representatives.
- Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of using Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus.
Interview Tip:
Candidates who are confident in approaching and communicating with small business owners or college representatives will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2, ₹7,000.00 per month
