Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mineral Beneficiation Specialist to join our technical operations team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ore concentration plants and a solid academic background in mineral beneficiation, preferably from ISM Dhanbad. Experience with beneficiation techniques for ores of Copper (Cu), Nickel (Ni), Cobalt (Co), or Rare Earth Elements (REEs) will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize ore beneficiation processes across pilot and commercial-scale plants.
  • Apply and improve physical and chemical separation techniques, including flotation, gravity separation, magnetic separation, and leaching.
  • Analyze mineralogical data and correlate it with plant performance to suggest process improvements.
  • Work closely with R&D, process engineering, and project teams to design and implement custom beneficiation flowsheets.
  • Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and mass balance data to support operations and decision-making.
  • Conduct laboratory-scale test work and support scale-up activities for new ore bodies.
  • Ensure environmental and safety compliance in beneficiation plant operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Mineral Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline (Preference for ISM Dhanbad graduates with specialization in mineral beneficiation).
  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ore concentration or beneficiation plants.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mineral beneficiation methods and plant operations.
  • Prior experience with Cu, Ni, Co, or REE ore beneficiation will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in metallurgical balances, sampling techniques, and analytical tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
