Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales efforts by identifying prospects, engaging and communicating with clients, and delivering tailored solutions. They will contribute to developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relations, and providing effective after-sales service. The role also encompasses conducting training sessions for customers, addressing inquiries, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales objectives and boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve business growth.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate customers on products and services efficiently.
  • Relevant industry experience, particularly in construction or manufacturing, is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
