Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
  • Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Management preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable personality with professional grooming.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
