Role Description
:

1      Supervise accounting and reconciliation of Escrow and customers money movements. Across multiple business units, ensuring timely Balance Sheet reconciliation and month-end closures.

2      Drive month-end and year-end close processes. Effective, accurate and timely closure of books of accounts.

3      Manage key vendor relationships, oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) team and treasury accounting team, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners.

4      Lead Statutory audit, Tax audit and similar audits of all group companies.

5      Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

6      Ensuring all regular compliances are completed in stipulated timelines (such as payment of TDS, GST etc.)

7      Managing Group Tax compliance (Both Direct and Indirect Tax) – Ensure timely filing of returns, responses to the notice received, and other activities related to Tax compliance.

8      Managing Treasury function. Bank correspondence and relationship management.

9      Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions.

  • Proficiency in relevant industry software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
