Role & responsibilities

  • Data and system management: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and security. Manage clinical databases and registries.
  • Technical support and troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot system issues, and support system upgrades and implementations.
  • System optimization: Analyze and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and performance of healthcare information systems.
  • Compliance and security: Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and implement security protocols to protect sensitive patient data.
  • Project involvement: Participate in projects related to system upgrades, new features, and population health management.
  • Training and documentation: Train staff on new systems or features and create test scripts and documentation for new workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in IT Dept with NABH/JCI Accredited hospital.

Candidate should have worked on HIS and Applications
