Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overall in-charge of site operations for STP, MBR, WTP, ETP & RO plants.
  • Monitor, control, and optimize plant performance to ensure treated water meets required standards.
  • Supervise preventive & breakdown maintenance of pumps, blowers, membranes, control panels, and other equipment.
  • Ensure proper chemical dosing, inventory management, and safe handling.
  • Maintain daily log sheets, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients for operational updates, issue resolution, and audits.
  • Lead and manage site manpower operators, technicians, and helpers.
  • Ensure safety protocols, statutory compliance, and environmental regulations are followed.
  • Support troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Conduct training and skill development for site staff.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in STP, MBR, WTP, ETP & RO operations, with minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory/incharge role.
  • Strong knowledge of water & wastewater treatment processes, troubleshooting & compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in operating & maintaining treatment plant equipment.
  • Ability to lead, manage manpower, and coordinate with clients independently.
  • Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ready to take full ownership of site operations.
