About the Role
:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will learn and assist in different HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. This internship will give you hands-on experience in understanding how HR works in a real corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms

  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews

  • Maintain HR databases and candidate records

  • Help in employee onboarding and documentation

  • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks

Skills Required
:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and hiring process

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with MS Office

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility
:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Management

  • Available for a minimum of 2 months
