Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Field Recruiter. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new team members, with a primary focus on recruiting delivery professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with recruitment channels, organizing interviews, managing recruitment drives, and ensuring successful hires to meet operational demands. Collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth integration of new hires and maintaining documentation regarding candidate profiles and hiring processes are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills; knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and basic computer skills for managing candidate databases and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in field recruitment or similar roles is preferred.
