Your Job
The Customer Onboarding Team in OTC Finance is responsible for efficiently and accurately setting up new customers in the ERP system while ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management guidelines. This team plays a critical role in enabling smooth order processing and revenue realization by validating customer information, assessing.

Our Team
The OTC finance team at Koch Inc. oversees the complete Order-to-Cash process by managing customer orders, invoicing, and timely payment collection. They work to optimize cash flow and reduce credit risk through detailed accounts receivable analysis. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with sales and operations to resolve billing issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Customer Account Setup: Process and validate new customer account creation requests in the ERP, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required documentation.
• Credit Limit and Payment Terms: Update and manage customer credit limits and payment terms in the system as per defined guidelines, ensuring no unauthorized credit exposure.
• Risk & Compliance Checks: Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to perform duplicate checks, credit assessments, and compliance validations before customer activation.
• System Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity in customer master data to support seamless Order-to-Cash operations.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve onboarding issues, including discrepancies in customer details or documentation.
• Process Adherence: Strictly follow internal controls, policies, and documented procedures (DTPs) to minimize risk and ensure audit readiness.
• Communication: Liaise with sales, credit, and finance teams to clarify onboarding requirements and expedite customer activation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance or related.
• 1- 3 years of relevant accounting / billing / finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of OTC processes and ERP customer master data management.
• Understanding of credit management and risk assessment principles.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to customer onboarding.
• Willing to work on 2.30PM to 11:30PM or 4PM- 1AM shift and all 5days working from office.

• Experience with Salesforce
