Responsibilities

* Lead a team of OTC (Order to Cash) professionals in the US, ensuring efficient processing of customer orders, invoicing, and collections.

* Oversee cash allocation, posting, and unapplied cash management to ensure accurate financial reporting.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment posting issues and optimize payment collection processes.

* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the OTC cycle.

Job Requirements

* 8-12 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) or related field.

* Strong knowledge of cash applications, cash allocation, cash posting, unapplied cash management, payment posting, and OTC processes.

* Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team remotely across different time zones.
