Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Training Manager in the Pharma OTC domain. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aligned with company goals, enhancing product knowledge among teams, and identifying skill gaps for development. The person in this role will oversee training sessions, evaluations, and assessments to ensure best practices are followed in the field of OTC pharmaceutical products. Collaboration with internal departments to support consistent learning initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in training design, program delivery, and performance evaluation
  • Strong understanding of OTC pharmaceutical products and therapy areas
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and foster a learning-oriented culture
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing training initiatives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical training, especially in OTC, is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using digital tools is a plus
