Position Overview: The Manager in Module Quality leads the quality control department, managing all aspects of quality assurance for raw materials used in solar module manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the entire quality control department.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes and standards.
  • Conduct advanced quality inspections, testing, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvement projects.
  • Manage supplier quality assessments, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality processes, metrics, and sustainability practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control, including leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced quality control processes, tools, and standards.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
