To lead our Automation quality engineering strategy across digital platforms that empower customers in financial and retirement planning. This role will lead, design and implement scalable automation frameworks, build a high-performing QA team, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and compliance.

• Develop and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise applications.
• Lead the automation strategy and mentor a team of automation engineers.
• Oversee delivery and/or run initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor and coach a team of automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Architect and maintain frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, high-quality releases.
• Establish best practices for automation code, documentation, and version control.
• Define KPIs for automation effectiveness and quality metrics, reporting progress and ROI to leadership.
• Communicate test automation outcomes, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, measure, and improve testing processes, safeguard data integrity and financial accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote shift-left testing across development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting on progress, risks, and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and assess automation tools, technologies and leverage AI for automation.
• Support automation efforts across enterprise and measure progress.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 6-8 years in software testing, including 3 years in automation leadership.
• 5-6 years in a leadership role/ managing associates.
• Expertise in tools such as Selenium, Karate, Appium.
• Strong coding skills in Java.
• Experience with feature files ( Gherkin).
• Background in performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven track record in designing robust frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Very good communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience managing delivery/run initiatives.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
