Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing offshore teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation and support projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and engagement.
  • Coordinate effectively with offshore and onsite teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Drive issue resolution, escalate risks where necessary, and maintain clear project documentation.
  • Provide status reporting to senior management and clients on project health and progress.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 812 years of total experience, with at least 45 years in project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing Oracle ERP implementations (Fusion Cloud preferred).
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in scope management, resource planning, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
