Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Manager with strong expertise in Oracle ERP(EBS/Fusion) to lead and manage our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ERP modules, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects, teams, and client communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical delivery of Oracle EBS/Fusion projects.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, reports (CEMLI components).
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams.
  • Drive performance improvements, scalability, and code quality.
  • Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Handle client communication, status updates, and risk management.
  • Participate in solution architecture, design, and review.

Technical Skills:

  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP Technical experience( EBS & Fusion)
  • Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AR, AP, GL) & SCM(OM, PO, INV). HCM is good to have.
  • Very good understanding of O2C and P2P flows
  • Strong understanding of backend tables and their relationships
  • Strong in AOL concepts & debugging skills
  • Strong in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow or OIC,
  • Hands-on experience with RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and SQL performance tuning
  • Handling of code repositories and Code migration tools

Managerial Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Lead/Managerial role.
  • Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering Oracle ERP projects.
  • Strong project management skills Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and offshore coordination.
