Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Teleconsultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will hold a background in BHMS, BDS, MBBS, or Embryology and have excellent communication skills for patient interaction through calls and video consultations.

This role plays a key part in providing remote medical advice and support to patients, particularly those exploring or seeking IVF treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients.
• Provide medical advice, assess patient conditions, and guide them appropriately.
• Engage with valid patients exploring IVF treatment options.
• Align patients with IVF experts at different Ferty9 centres based on their convenience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using CRM systems.
• Schedule and manage appointments with IVF experts.
• Follow up with patients to monitor progress, address concerns, and re-engage undecided prospects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and center staff to ensure smooth patient visits to IVF experts.
• Ensure strict compliance with medical protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in BHMS, BDS, MBBS, or Embryology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient communication (calls & video consultations).
• Freshers with strong communication and empathy skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in teleconsultation platforms, CRM, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
