Experience: 0-2 years preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to patients and clients for appointment scheduling, reminders, or health program enrollments.

Provide information about medical services, wellness plans, teleconsultations, lab tests, or health check-up packages.

Handle inbound calls and address queries regarding healthcare services.

Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM with call outcomes.

Follow up with potential leads or patients for service confirmation.

Collaborate with the medical, lab, or support teams for smooth coordination.

Ensure complete confidentiality and sensitivity while handling patient data.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation in any stream preferred.

Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or teleconsultation calling is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English + Local Language.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).

Polite, patient-focused, and empathetic attitude.

Ability to explain health-related services in simple, reassuring terms.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
