Position Details

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Process Type: Domestic and International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and updated information about products and services.
  • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Meet individual and process-level performance targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) are eligible.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
  • Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and 6-day working schedules.

Compensation Structure

Domestic Voice Process:

  • Freshers: 15,000 – 20,000 CTC
  • Experienced: Up to 25,000 CTC

International Voice Process:

  • Freshers (with excellent English): 21,000 CTC
  • Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC

Additional Benefits:

  • Both-side cab facility provided.
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
  • Attractive performance-based incentives.
