About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to lead lead-generation initiatives and drive

qualified customer walk-ins to the Scot & Bel Studio. The role is central to building awareness,

creating demand, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-potential prospects for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage high-quality leads through digital campaigns, local activations, and

partnerships.

  • Drive qualified customer walk-ins to the studio by executing innovative growth strategies.
  • Nurture and qualify leads to improve conversion potential.
  • Collaborate with digital, channel, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Monitor and report on growth KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, walk-ins, and conversions.
  • Continuously experiment with and optimize campaigns for higher efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3- 6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or sales/marketing (home dcor, building

materials, or lifestyle brands preferred).

  • Proven track record in both online and offline lead generation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and execution skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
