We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Growth Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about building relationships, and is eager to drive business expansion through innovative strategies and strong communication.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing efforts
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools, CRM systems, and productivity platforms
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
