Arré is a leading multi-format digital media and media-tech brand. Arré Voice is our social-audio app where creators share 30-second voicepods, build threaded voicepools, and curate playlists.

We create original stories across video, audio, and the written word, reaching over 200 million people through partners like Jio, MX Player, Hotstar, and Tata Play. Founded in 2019, Arré Studio builds premium originals for OTT, broadcast, and theatrical releases.

Our product team uses first-principles thinking, a data-first mindset, and an extreme bias for action. We marry analytics with intuition, ship rapid experiments, and iterate with creators and listeners in the loop.

About Arré Voice

Arré Voice is a social-audio app focused on creators and communities. We move fast, run experiments, and obsess over retention and word-of-mouth growth. An AI-powered Creator Studio makes recording, editing, and sharing effortless.

What you'll do
  • Run AI-assisted growth experiments to drive new installs, organic reviews/ratings, and re-activation.
  • Own app store presence (Play Store & App Store): keyword audits, screenshot and copy tests, review-reply operations, and rating uplift programs.
  • Build and operate lightweight CRM journeys across touchpoints (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app), including list hygiene, segmentation, and win-back flows.
  • Set up no-code/low-code automations for lead gen and community operations (creator outreach, referral workflows, survey loops).
  • Track and report weekly metrics: installs, CTR, activation rate, Day-1/7 retention, review velocity/average rating, and opt-in rates.
  • Collaborate with Product and Content teams to launch creator- or city-based growth loops.
You'll thrive if you have
  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), web scrapers (Phantombuster, Apify), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), and spreadsheets.
  • Basic analytics and attribution knowledge (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel or CleverTap, Play Console, App Store Connect).
  • Strong written communication; ability to write concise growth copy and thoughtful review replies.
  • Bias to ship: enjoy forming hypotheses, launching, measuring, and iterating quickly.
  • Bonus: Tamil fluency, interest in the creator ecosystem, and basic HTML for emails/landing tweaks.
Success metrics
  • Measurable improvements in weekly new installs, CAC (for any paid pilots), review count and star rating, review reply SLA, activation, and Day-7 retention.

Location & Type

Location: Coimbatore — This is an on-site internship based at our Coimbatore office. Candidates are expected to work from the office full-time during the internship period (typically Monday -Friday). Please ensure you can commute to or relocate to Coimbatore for the duration of the internship.

On-site expectations: Day-to-day work, collaboration, and meetings will primarily be conducted in person. Limited occasional remote work may be considered only with prior approval from the hiring manager for exceptional circumstances.
