Circle IT Solutions is hiring HR Recruiters (HR Coordinator (Recruiter))

Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST (EST timings)

Location: 4TH FLOOR, JYOTHI IMPERIAL, GACHIBOWLI, Hyderabad, Telangana

Land Mark: South India Shopping mall building, Gachibowli

Candidates must be open to work in office (On-site/ No Remote) and Night shift.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, Screening and interviewing the candidates according to the Internal requirements.
  • To understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Job Posting in various Portals and generate the data.
  • Shortlisting of CVs and Communicating with candidates.
  • Scheduling the Telephonic and Direct Interviews according to the requirement.
  • Feedback from the Interviewer and candidates.
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
  • Maintain candidate databases.
  • Knowledge in visa terms US Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants.
  • Proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp(C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
  • Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch , Linkedin , CareerBuilder, Google groups , indeed, Naukri etc.

  • Must have a great understanding of recruitment process.
  • Must be having good communication skills.
  • Willing to work effectively.
  • Go-Getter-Attitude.
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts.
  • US IT Staffing Industry experience is an added advantage.
