Senior Tender & Compliance ExecutivePosition Overview

The Senior Tender & Compliance Executive will be responsible for managing, preparing, and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with government/industry norms, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and a deep understanding of tendering processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management

  • Identify relevant tenders through portals, websites, and notifications.
  • Study tender documents (NIT, RFP, RFQ, EOI) thoroughly and understand scope, eligibility, and requirements.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit technical & financial bid documents within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, technical, legal, operations) to gather necessary documents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all ongoing and completed tenders.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and government norms.
  • Prepare affidavits, declarations, undertakings, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain updated records of registrations, certifications, licenses, and vendor empanelments.
  • Periodic renewal of documents such as MSME, GST, ISO, PF/ESIC, OEM authorizations, etc.
  • Review contract terms & conditions and identify compliance risks.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with tender authorities, government departments, and clients for clarifications and queries.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and track evaluation status.
  • Communicate updates to management and prepare regular tender status reports.

Audit & Policy Compliance

  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times.
  • Monitor compliance as per company SOPs and statutory requirements.
  • Handle internal and external audits related to tender and compliance documents.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of government/PSU tendering processes.
  • Excellent drafting, documentation, and MS Office skills.
  • Good communication and coordination ability.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of e-procurement portals (GeM, e-tender, state portals, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Post Graduate degree preferred (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in tendering/compliance roles.
  • Experience in government tenders, EPC, engineering, or manufacturing sector preferred.

Salary Range

  • Based on experience and skill level. (Can be customized as per company policy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
