We are seeking a motivated Chartered Accountancy (CA) Industrial Trainee to join our finance team and undergo their mandatory industrial training period. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business operations while working toward CA qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Assist in review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Review books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Assist in internal independent audit processes

Management Reporting

Prepare management information system (MIS) reports

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Support variance analysis and financial planning

General Finance Support

Assist in accounts payable and receivable management

Support treasury and cash flow management

Participate in system implementations and process improvements

Required Qualifications

CA Intermediate passed

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

Basic knowledge of ERP systems

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Preferred Skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

Ability to work in team environment

Time management and organizational skills
