We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery store. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the store's high visual and operational standards. A passion for fine jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery.
  • Showcase product knowledge to explain features, quality, and pricing of different pieces.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and attractive presentation of display counters and the store.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, replenishing as necessary.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, product tagging, and inventory management.
  • Stay updated on new products, trends, and collections.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to security and safety procedures.
