Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative
Pastry Chef
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes. The candidate should bring innovation, precision, and passion for baking, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, breads, and other bakery items.
  • Develop new recipes, seasonal menus, and creative dessert presentations.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and portion control.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering of ingredients as required.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide training when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef/Sous Chef for menu planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional pastry experience .
  • Strong knowledge of international pastry techniques and trends.
  • Proven experience in preparing a wide variety of baked goods and desserts.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
