Responsibilities:

* Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with production standards.

* Inspect in-process operations in the factory to ensure quality compliance.

* Conduct final inspections with quality documentation.

* Perform regular testing (e.g., Butterfly, snap test).

* Conduct regular production line checks to ensure quality control.

* Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and requirements.

* Conduct in-process inspections to monitor product quality at different stages.

* Perform final product inspections for quality, functionality, and packaging.

* Complete and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results.

* Coordinate testing activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

* Handle rejected materials, ensuring proper segregation and documentation.

* Ensure production processes comply with internal and external quality standards.

* Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production quality.

* Maintain checklists for all operations.

* Update QC log regularly for vendor inspection processes.

* Attend weekly & monthly reviews with Lead QA/QC.

Qualifications:

* Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering OR B.E. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control.

* Experience in the fabrication industry, Manufacturing or with facade experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
