Role & responsibilities

  • Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures.
  • Analysing the construction drawing; following and maintaining company Standards of quality in accordance with ISO Standards, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures.
  • Incoming material inspection & preparation of testing record for all civil material.
  • Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.
  • Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan.
  • Maintain the daily site activities and preparation progress report. Monitor policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required.
  • Assist the Project/construction Managers in reviewing the contractors specific quality plans and produce recommendations.
  • Conducting internal audits and inspections, Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues.
  • Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the contractor's representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and

meeting about quality problems.

  • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non - conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
  • Performing daily inspection and test to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawing and specifications making different site visits in order to monitor/review construction progress.
  • Document final inspections, certificates of occupancy and acceptance of the works and various phases thereof.
