Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum [4-9] years of QA/QC experience in the construction or real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in line with project specifications and company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities and identify non-conformities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality-related issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and reports.
  • Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and provide input on quality-related matters.
  • Review material submittals, technical data, and method statements to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure all testing is conducted by accredited labs and that results meet the required specifications.
  • Support handover procedures and ensure proper documentation is compiled for final acceptance.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed and ensure continuous improvement in QA/QC processes.

Job Requirement:

  • Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
