What is in it for you?

As a
Technical Lead – Snowflake
, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Data profiling to identify primary keys and issues with the data.
• Develop ETL processes to load data onto the client Data Platform, remove duplicates, create or update dimensional data structures, and generate use case-specific outputs.
• Perform unit, functional, and performance testing, including tuning for optimal results.
• Collaborate with the Product team to understand and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to address reported findings.
• Contribute both independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
• Take initiative to support additional tasks when current work streams slow down.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in onboarding new hires.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Working Conditions: -

• May require occasional off-hours work for system maintenance or emergency support
• On-call rotation will be required

Experience: -

• 7 - 8 Years

Educational Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similarly relevant field is highly preferred.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• SQL: Highly Skilled. Must be familiar with common table elements (CTEs), complex joins, and analytic & windowing functions
• Python: Some experience is required. We prefer Intermediate or higher skill
• Snowflake: Prefer candidates with real-world experience using Snowflake
• Data Profiling: Must be able to identify unique and primary keys and determine cardinality, data type, precision, and scale, and skew
• Effective communication skills to communicate internally within our team and externally across other teams, notably Product and QA
• Understands the scope and context of the work and takes initiative to achieve the goals, rather than waiting to take specific directions

Good to Have Skills: -

• Healthcare Industry Experience: Some experience is desired, preferably Payer experience
• Data Modeling Experience desired
• Python: Some experience desired
