Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Sitecore Backend Lead Developer
to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade websites and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in
Sitecore 9.x/10.x
, strong backend expertise, and the ability to guide teams in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing Sitecore solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of Sitecore-based applications (versions 9.x/10.x).
• Customize and extend Sitecore components, templates, pipelines, and workflows.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party platforms such as CRM, DAM, and analytics tools.
• Ensure performance optimization, caching, scalability, and security best practices.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and architects to align solutions with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring code quality.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest Sitecore and .NET ecosystem trends and practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Sitecore CMS (preferably versions 9.x and 10.x).
• Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Core.
• Expertise with Helix architecture and Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA).
• Knowledge of Sitecore Commerce, xConnect, personalization, and marketing automation.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of React/Angular is a plus).
• Exposure to Azure PaaS, DevOps practices, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Sitecore Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
