Job Title: Sitecore XM Cloud Developer (Technical Lead)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sitecore XM Cloud Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in XM Cloud, Sitecore development, and modern cloud-based architectures. This role involves leading development activities, implementing scalable digital experience solutions, and guiding the team through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore Headless architectures.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation including planning, customization, integration, deployment, and maintenance of digital experience platforms.
  • Ensure best practices in Sitecore architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in Sitecore and Azure environments.
  • Participate in stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of Sitecore development experience, with strong hands-on knowledge in XM Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Sitecore Headless (JSS, SXA), .NET Core, and REST API integration.
  • Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
  • Solid understanding of Sitecore Content Serialization, personalization, analytics, and rendering approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead development teams.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Sitecore certifications (XM Cloud, Sitecore Developer)
  • Experience with Composable DXP, CDP, CMP, or other MACH-based technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
