Associate Product Manager

About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of creative direction and business performance in mobile gaming. You will help define visual identity, improve production processes, and ensure that in-game content directly contributes to stronger retention, engagement, and monetization. You may also support User Acquisition (UA) and Ad Monetization depending on capacity and fit.
Key Responsibilities 1. Art & Content Management- Content Roadmap: Own the long-term plan for in-game art assets characters, cosmetics, environments, event visuals in alignment with Live Ops and overall business goals.
- KPI Tracking: Set and measure content performance metrics such as D1/D7 retention, engagement, conversion, ARPDAU, and run A/B tests on art variants and marketing creatives.
- Production Workflow: Oversee the entire asset pipeline from brief concept production integration engine optimization. Manage sprint planning, team capacity, quality levels, and predictable delivery.
- Process Optimization: Identify workflow gaps, create SLAs for asset stages, and continuously improve turnaround times and success rates.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate business goals into clear creative briefs and ensure Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams stay coordinated.
- Team & Culture: Support hiring efforts, review portfolios, help define roles, and contribute to a constructive, ego-free culture that improves both craft and speed.
- AI Tools Integration: Evaluate and introduce generative AI solutions (e.g., Midjourney, Kaedim) to speed up ideation, automate repetitive tasks, and widen style exploration while maintaining consistency and IP safety. Lead research and adoption of new tools that can strengthen the art pipeline long-term.
- Work with Growth teams on channel strategy, creative testing, and performance analysis.

Improve creative feedback loops to reduce CPI and increase CTR/IR.
- Coordinate with Live Ops on in-game ad placement strategy, frequency caps, and revenue metrics including ARPDAU, eCPM, and payer protection.
- Ensure marketing art direction stays consistent with in-game visuals for better brand coherence and creative performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems using first-principles thinking.
- High attention to detail with a disciplined, organized approach to work.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with clarity and respect.
