Job Description

As the Associate Product Manager for our Trading Platform, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product Bullsmart. Your role will focus on positioning the platform against competitors, addressing the needs and challenges of retail customers, and creating a unique product that appeals to new traders and investors. You will drive the integration of features from recent acquisitions and convert these into competitive advantages in the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product feasibility research based on product planning
• Based on the development plan for internet financial products, organize the app's business processes and interaction design for securities functions such as market data, transactions, account opening, financial management, and content, while also establishing related business operations, product planning, and lifecycle management.
• Be responsible for the designed Internet products, ensuring that the business processes and interaction design align with target user needs, and that product functionality is cohesive.
• Show a strong interest in stock and fund trading, designing internet product solutions and producing interaction design proposals, along with PRD requirement documents for product design and optimization.
• Collaborate with the UI design and technical development teams to communicate product design requirements and ensure project timelines are met.
• Explore new or expanded markets, enhance products/services, and identify innovative ways of working.
• Advocate for the end-user experience and ensuring that the trading platform meets user needs.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for ongoing product improvements.
• Develop a strong understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
• Provide recommendations for market strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing to craft effective product messaging and positioning.
• Offer training and support to sales and customer support teams regarding trading platform related operations.

Experience required

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
