Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, deliveries, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and manage visitor appointments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, security passes, and access cards in line with company policy.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel bookings for staff, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary management.
  • Liaise with travel agencies or vendors to secure cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and maintain related documentation.
  • Support administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure the front office and common areas are well maintained.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role.
  • Experience in travel coordination or booking is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment (printers, phones, scanners).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
