Job Description:

  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Odoo modules and

applications using Python programming language.

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and

translate them into technical specifications.

  1. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on Odoo development best

practices, Python programming, and Odoo architecture.

  1. Architect and optimize Odoo solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability,

leveraging Python libraries and frameworks.

  1. Customize and extend Odoo's core functionality through module development, including UI customization, business logic implementation, and integration with third-party systems.

  2. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

  3. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis,design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

  4. Stay updated on the latest Odoo releases, features, and modules, and assess their potential impact on existing solutions.

  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Odoo implementations and Python development.
