Job Title: Quality Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and monitor incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Implement and follow quality assurance processes as per company guidelines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, inspection checklists, and audit records.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and statutory norms.
  • Support internal and external audits and assist in preparing reports.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions on quality standards to shop floor employees.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of raw materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the electrical or electronics industry (preferably lighting, switchgear, or related manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, QA tools, and techniques (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
  • Familiarity with quality instruments and testing procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
