Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness. The trainer will also facilitate workshops, maintain training records, and collaborate with team leaders to ensure all team members are up-to-date with current processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and conducting training sessions and workshops
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Previous experience in the tech or digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with team leaders and other staff members
